Entertainment News “Because Sarkodie helped me to blow, I will respect and be thankful to him” – Medikal replies a fan In the heat of his social media brawl with female rapper Eno Barony, Medikal has taken time to appreciate and express profound gratitude to Sarkodie. His show of gratitude is premised on a fan’s response to one of his tweets where he brags about his relevance. The fan said he is relevant today because Sarkodie added the Midas touch to his career when he was not known. According to the fan, it took the feature Medikal had with Sarkodie on his ‘Confam’ song for him to gain some recognition. That has necessitated the rapper to rise to prove the fan wrong by first thanking Sarkodie for his help and why he sees him as an idol. Sarkodie is seen as the Ghanaian music god who has helped many underground artistes who hitherto were wallowing in abject rejection but had the urge and drive to make it to the top.  See screenshot below
